7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed and dispatched promptly after payment.
  • Delivery methods, costs, and estimated times are shown at checkout. No shipments to PO Boxes; a valid UK delivery address is required.
  • Customers can cancel orders for most goods within 14 days of receipt for any reason—please see our cancellation process for details. Returns must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty. We refund the standard shipping fee within 14 days of receiving returned goods if they are deemed faulty.
  • Report damage or delivery issues within 48 hours of receipt.
  • We comply with UK distance selling regulations.
