Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a saleable condition.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Store Credit: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will issue you a store credit for the product value, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Non-returnable items: Custom-made items, perishable goods, or products with broken hygiene seals cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items: If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer you a full refund or replacement, as required by law.

Initiating a return: To start a return, email our customer support with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide return instructions.
