• Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over £15 (UK pounds).

• Shipping Fee: Orders under £15 are subject to our standard shipping rate, displayed at checkout. Free shipping on orders over €18 for Republic of Ireland customers. VAT/duties/surcharges may apply for ROI, this will be displayed at checkout.

• Delivery Times: Standard shipping delivers within 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Delays can occur due to staff holidays/unforeseen events.

• Dispatch: Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day after payment is received.

• Order Tracking: You will receive email confirmation and tracking information once your order ships.

• Shipping Locations: We currently ship to Northern Ireland, the UK, and the Republic of Ireland. 

• Exceptions: Remote locations or postcodes may require extra delivery time; this will be communicated prior to dispatch.

• Compliance/Legal: Hope Environmental is a UK-registered company, compliant with UK and EU consumer protection law.
